Public areas

A gorgeous glass etching welcomes visitors into the warm living area with an aviary by the fireplace and comfortable sofas and chairs. This favorite Resident area is a community hub where Residents, visitors and friends can visit and chat, read a book or magazine or just enjoy the fire!

The inviting family room features a flat screen television and computer, game table and area for everyone to spread out and relax.

In-house beauty parlor and barbershop services mean that Residents never have to leave the community to stay well coiffed.

A community bistro offers pastries, fruit and beverages at no cost to Residents, families and visitors.

We are known for our excellent food, and the dining room is light, bright and cheery — perfect for fine dining and socializing. A separate dining room is available for private celebrations and occasions with families.

In spring, Residents enjoy the blossoming of the gardens in our exterior courtyard. Outfitted with benches and chairs, the gardens are perfect for sitting, strolling and exercise. We also have front porch seating.

That’s the idea that guides our active approach to assisted living. “Activities coordinator” is an key position on the Hopkins Creek staff, and the entire assisted living community is encouraged to participate in a full and rewarding schedule of activities each month that helps residents live rich, engaged lives.

Wellness Center

Living well is living the Lighthouse way. And, the heart of this enterprise is the Lighthouse Wellness Center. Regular, on-site wellness checks monitor residents’ major medical indicators. The wellness staff maintains meticulous records on Residents’ care and stays in close communication with each Residents’ doctor to ensure comprehensive medical care and monitoring. To ensure proactive and responsive medical care, Wellness team member, which include nurses, resident assistants and Certified Medication Technician, are on call 24 hours a day. The nurses are full-time and on call 24/7 – the rest are on-site 24/7
