Middle River, MD – Women’s History Month. Join us for a discussion and book-signing event on March 14, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. featuring Dorothy F. Bailey, Ph.D. This event will be open to the public and light refreshments will be served. There will also be an opportunity to meet some of the women featured in the book. IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT illuminates with a passing spotlight a moment in the lives of women who have gathered wisdom for seven decades or more.
Ms. Bailey has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as one of the area’s most powerful women. As an elected official, she has represented the citizens of Prince George’s County, Maryland on the County Council for eight years. Enjoy with us this discussion as we learn of the wisdom many many have gathered over the years.
15 team members representing each property in Donna Rolnick’s portfolio gathered this morning to lead a Raven’s Victory Pep Rally at Lighthouse Senior Living at Hopkins Creek. Over 30 Residents from Assisted Living and the Village gathered in the dining room to sing, dance, play trivia, win prizes and tell their favorite football stories. The community is still a-buzz. Scotty and her team were truly moved by the gesture and the result. Everyone was GREAT and we are proud! Thank you Yorkewood, Perkins Place, Boston Crossing, Rivers Gate, Rivers Crossing, Gray Haven, Fox Glen, and Rosedale Gardens!
