Anna Weiland (seated on the left with her son, Jack) received a $1,000 rent credit and earned the designation, Keeper of the Light, for referring Helen Hejny (pictured with her daughter Anita). The Keeper of the Light program rewards residents and family members for referring new residents to a Lighthouse community. The resident receives a one-time $1,000 rent credit for the first referral, $1,500 for the second, $2,00 for the third, $2,500 for the fourth, and a full month’s rent credit for the fifth and subsequent successful referrals. Residents and their referrals are recognized at special events, receive a handsome Lighthouse pin, and have their name inscribed on a special Keeper of the Light wall plaque.
